The Halal Science Research Laboratory (LAPSAH), IPPH in collaboration with Lee Hung Scientific Sdn Bhd organized a Texture Analyzer workshop on 19 -20 Sept. 2018. The workshop lasted for two days in the IPPH Seminar Room with participation by 10 participants comprising students UPM, MARDI staff, MPOB and Ajinomoto. The objective of the workshop is to expose the participants of the Texture Analyzer tool application and determine the correct technique in the use of the tool. At the end of the workshop, all participants were very satisfied with the workshop trip and complete information sharing by speakers, Mr. Robert Yu (Application Engineer, Lee Hung Singapore).
